I storyboarded and animated this digital ad showcasing the pet jewelry using motion graphics to depict the product.
Process:
Working directly with the client, my coworker Rebecca Anne and I collaborated on the storyboard and vision of this ad based on the script she had created. Using animation we wanted to capture the feeling of a pet owner who considers their pet a best friend or family member. Because the product focused on capturing a pet's unique footprint in jewelry, we decided a pawprint should be prominent in the animation.
I sourced footage of the woman running with her dog as well as graphics to create a snapshot effect and screenshots of the Thumbies & Buddies app as well as music to support the messaging. I animated the logo for a reveal at the end that highlighted the pawprints, and opened the video with a pawprint overlay to tie together the visual message of the product. Over the course of one work day I submitted this storyboard for approval and created the entire ad for review by the client.
